If you are not satisfied with your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within the following timeframes:
- Monthly Subscriptions: 7 days from the date of purchase
- Yearly Subscriptions: 14 days from the date of purchase
1.2 Renewal Charges
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
1.3 Plan Changes
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan:
- Upgrades: Charges are prorated, and you pay only the difference
- Downgrades: The new price takes effect at your next billing cycle
- Plan changes are not eligible for refunds
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Processing

- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

- Request made after the eligible refund period has expired
- Subscription renewal charges
- Partial month usage (subscriptions are billed for the full period)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

6. Team & License Changes
For team subscriptions with per-user pricing:
- Adding Users: You are charged immediately on a prorated basis
- Removing Users: The reduced price takes effect at your next billing cycle
- License quantity changes are not eligible for refunds
- You can preview charges before confirming any changes
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Inability to create new accounts
- Additional fees that we may need to recover
